I hate how the same person gets to move first on every match you have if you are playing multiple games with the same person. Can we please make it random on a per game basis please, jimmi? It's a real factor when playing small board games.

Even over, say, three games, the odds the same person goes first 3 times in a row is 1/4.

Or is this actually confirmed true? I don't see why that would be.

go back to the lobby and start a new game.. its not like you get to avoid the settings page either way anyway so it isn't that much of a big time waster

the server setup would have to be redone to fix the game session creation and that is where the sides are picked.. once you leave the lobby

I bet it would be simple to have a "Replay" button that restarts the game with the same conditions, only alternating who goes first - without the need to revisit the setup screen.

Once both players agree to replay, the game is voided if it has not already ended and a new game starts.

A subroutine would just have to reset the board, powerlists, play counter, and orb timer/counter. Either player could go first at this point.

(says I who has never seen the code and has no real idea of how hard this would be to do)
